In different contexts, stöckerselig have been collecting the heart beats of various people since 1994. In the Kunstraum Kreuzlingen, it is the absent, collaborating artists who enter into an intimate dialog through their heart beats. In The Hague, during a symposium involving Dutch and Swiss politicians and business leaders, an interaction is created that is value-free and has no castes. In Wintertuhr, it is the curators of the cultural institutes of the town who get together, in Basel the visionaries of the Werkraum movement and in Paris the city is created through the heartbeats of the participating city planners, architects, philosophers and artist friends
